One of our clients is complaning that the Raw Log File is not being produced for them to download. I have verified this when I connected to their cpanel account the Raw log file that I download is empty.
This is strange because the stats for the site are being generated properly and the link under the Raw Log Manager to the Archived Raw Logs works.
This occured after we moved the account from one server to another. So maybe the move process has caused the permissions to not be set right on a file or something.
The new server is running WHM 8.8.0-S74.
