    Currently we use the following:

    abuseat CBL
    barracudab
    mailspike
    spameatingmonkey
    zen.spamhaus

Are these good enough? too much? causing slowness?

What is the best or recommended ones? What works for you guys?

Spamhaus Zen and Barracuda RBL should be enough. However, keep in mind that Barracuda may require a (free) signup were you will have to enter the IPs from where you'll be querying them (http://www.barracudacentral.org/account/register)

So maybe just stick with Zen or Zen and Barra and that should suffice?

Adding more RBLS slow down email processing I assume?
