I noticed this morning that my servers time is an hour out, looks like every GMT (+0) time is wrong with cpanels rdate server, changing it to BST (Europe/London) gives the correct time but causes problems with a couple of customers RSS feed generators (as BST is not recognised in the RSS 2.0 standard as a valid timezone) was fine up until yesterday, is there a place I can report this? as its not a *BUG* as such.

    Go on, have a guess
You can either log a ticket through your license provider with cPanel or still use bugzilla.
