The first time I tried transferring an account in WHM, the db didn't come with the account... maybe because it wasn't set up properly on the new server. I'd like to re-try the transfer now, but when I do I get the message "the account already exists". Can I simply terminate the account on the new server and then re-transfer it?

    Hi,

To retry the transfer, you will need to terminate the account first on the new server. Then you will be able to transfer the account to the new server.

Which method of transfer are you using and how big is the site you are trying to transfer (in mb of gb)?

    Regards,
