is that partition become read only ?

you will need to reboot the system, and then do an FSCK.

    Hi

Could you please check the permission of customerservice/cur

the permission of the folder customerservice should be 750
the permission of the folder cur should be 700

and try deleting, If you're unable to change the permissions try /scripts/mailperm

    Regards,
    Ashok kumar

is /home itself is readonly ? what is the result of

    touch /home/testfile.txt ?

if that partition is readonly, then there is a chance of harddisk or file system crash. If the filesystem is having problem, running an fsck (while rebooting ) will fix the problem. for that do

    # touch /forcefsck

    #reboot

    Hi

Is the server back online are you able to make the changes, You should have edited the fstab to make the home partition r/w (read and write)

    for ex

    /dev/tmpFS /tmp ext3 loop,noexec,nosuid,rw 0 0

If your issue is still not fixed, Please try editing fstab to make the home partition rw

    You can edit as "LABEL=/home /home ext3 defaults,usrquota,rw 1 2"

    it should work.
