Read only partition after hdd change

Hi,

One of my hdd raid10 drive was faulty, my data center provider change it, after changing one vps is working but other one is showing read only file system.

# mkdir test
mkdir: cannot create directory ‘test’: Read-only file system
#

i can access this server from ssh only, and also able to work in rescue mode.

i can take out all files from this server. guide me how to do that, i can not run cpanel backup command due to these issues, so mysql is also a issue to convert to .sql

Please guide.
should i take new server and transfer /home/ and /var/lib/mql there?
will it work ?
