First, I would like to thank you all for reading, and I hope you can help.

My name is Josh and I am the web administrator for my band's website at vmhsga.com.

However, recently I am no longer able to access the control panel, and I was wondering how I could change my password back to where it was before. I visited the FAQ, and it says I need to click the "Forgot Your Password?" link, however that link is completely absent from the screen.

I am the only one with the sign in name and password, and now it doesn't work. This is especially frustration because we are paying for a website that can't be updated.

    The cPanel is at http://207.210.105.40:2082/

Please help! If you are unable to help me please direct me to someone who can!

You may want to contact the company that hosts your website. I did a WHOIS on your website and got these results:

    Code:
    ...
       Domain servers in listed order:
          NS1.ASMALLORANGE.COM
          NS2.ASMALLORANGE.COM

Chances are, A Small Orange is the company you are paying to host your website. I recommend you contact them as they can reset your password for you.

cPanel is software, we do not host any websites.
