I've got one server that keeps loading three copies of the cPanel process below and maxing out the server (both CPU and RAM):

    /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/read_dump.php

Anyone have any ideas? Is this simply another user executing these under the cPanel user?

It's probably a user trying to use phpmyadmin to dump a huge database.
