Real problem with one account. can't delete it ?

    Hello


    I have created one account .. i dont no how but it dont show in the "List Accounts" but i can see the folder in the "home" etc.. know i'm trying to remove it and creat it again .. but i dont no how i can remove it complately from the server ?

    Have a look at /var/cpanel/users/user. This is where Cpanel keeps that info. Add the entry if missing.

    OR try /scripts/updateuserdomains

    i go to list account and i still dont see anything ?

    Open the file /var/cpanel/users/first010 and check whether the entry

    DNS=yourdomainname { Replace 'yourdomainname' with the actual domainname}

    is present. If not add the entry and execute /scripts/updateuserdomains and check again.
