I have two IP addresses on my cPanel server.

I changed IP address of my hosting domain name to second IP address which is not main, but hostname is using that domain and it's assigned to main ip address.

Before 2 days I got issue with mail.
When my clients with valid data in their php scripts try to connect to SMTP they got refuse message in error log
"ERROR: Password not accepted from server: 535 Incorrect authentication data "
They use as hostname mail.their'
But when they use my domain, which is only assigned to different (second) ip because of ssl certificate, they can send mails.
Before 2 days and mine and their ip were accepting smtp connections.
I do not know what is happening, I rebuild exim, changed courier to dovecot...
Repaired mail permissions with option in WHM...
nothing helps
