How do you activate it as i can't see it in my WHManager.

I'[m not sure what you're speaking of, but have a look in WHM > Server Contacts > Contact Manager.

The area you are looking for is in WHM > Server Contacts > Contact Manager.

This is another feature that might not have been enabled by your hosting provider, lighthouseweb, since you have a reseller hosting account as established in another thread. If you are not seeing the option, please contact them to ask if they can enable that feature for you.

It will send alerts if some services go down, check pindom or websitepulse for real time alerts of non-connectivity
