I can currently remove the "Received:" entirely.
But I really only need to remove the source IP for emails received from specific servers.
For all other source servers, it could stay.
    Is that possible?

    Hello :)

To clarify, are you attempting to modify the email headers for incoming email to ensure the source IP address is not visible? Is this for a specific purpose, or to solve another issue?

    Thank you.

    Correct.
And the purpose is to mask the address for a specific server due to DDoS.
When that server address is the source, it needs to be re-written to localhost.
Server-wide masking is not needed or desired.
