Receiving E-Mails problem

I keep getting emails blocked...

Error: SPF: 'unchecked'

The message was rejected at smtp time by an rbl filter or other configuration error...

It blocks email even I can see in track delivery on cPanel that someone sent me email, I can't read it before 20-30 mins retry...

How to fix this issue??

Based on the error, this is related to the RBL's checks that are in place on the server. If you don't want mail on an RBL to be rejected at SMTP time you need to disable the RBL that is rejecting mail.

You can check this by going to WHM>>Service Configuration>>Exim Configuration manager.
