One of my email accounts in a domain can't receive mails and all the senders are getting the following error back.

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es)

It looks like that myuser@mydomain.com is sending an autoresponder back to the hotmail account. Can you check cPanel > Auto Responders area to see what is listed there or cat the contents of /home/cpaneluser/.autorespond/myuser\@mydomain.com file?

Thank you for responding to this issue.

I have already checked that in cpanel interface. I could not see any auto responders set for this account or domain . Also
.autorespond directory does not exists in the home directory of the user. Please let me know if you need any further information regarding this.
