Recent cPanel update causes Eximstats to use up too many resources?

I heard from a web hoster that a recent cPanel update caused Eximstats to use up too many system resources.
And that's a widely known problem.

Since I can not see anymore the bug reports because now the cPanel bug reports are not public anymore, I was wondering if it's true what the hoster says.

On Google I could not find much about this.

The update from cPanel 11.30 to 11.32 caused some problems with eximstats resource usage, but those problems have been addressed and I am not aware of any current problems. The problems were addressed in 11.32, and we are now at 11.34 and moving toward 11.36. If you encounter a problem that you think is caused by eximstats, please submit a ticket and we would be happy to take a look.
