    Hello,

when a mailbox is full, sometimes I delete the messages directly from /home/cpaneluser/mail/domain/user/new (or /sent or /trash)

It's ok but Exim still show the "mail box full" error during the SMTP protocol.

Question: how to "resync" the disk usage for an email account?

    Thank you,
    Roger

No way to force cPanel recheck the mail size of all accounts in a domain after delete large mail files from command line?

    Delete the file:
    /home/username/mail/domain.com/user/maildirsize

Then, login to CPanel and it will be recreated correctly.
