I would like to use any of this Virtual environments (prefered VMware) were I will install Centos 6 and cPanel&WHm,

    KVM
    Linux-VServer
    Microsoft Server® 2008 Hyper-V [2]
    OpenVZ (stable releases only)
    Oracle VM VirtualBox, VirtualBox OSE
    Virtuozzo™
    VMware® Server, VMware® ESX Server
    Xen, XenEnterprise™, XenExpress™, XenServer™

    but the Question will be

"On which OS should I installed the it? [(linux Ubuntu desktop?, Windows?)]"

If you know a very stable VE and OS please give my your thoughts, I know the best election will be CloudLinux but I'm trying to save $$ in that way I would have to spend only the cPanel/WHM VPS Optimized license which is $14.95/m

I have looking for a post like this but I can't find any info

    My server hardware?
    intel i7 930 Quad 2.8Ghz 16GB Ram 1 Tb HD

    Thanks

If you are looking to save your money then I would suggest you to go for virtual environment which is free from license cost and you will not have to pay single $ for the license.

As far as stable os is concerned I would recommend you centos 6.x for cPanel/WHM.

Thanks for you reply but The question was on which operating system should I install the virtual environment? which is basicly a program that needs a OS to be in, and as far as I know you have to pay a virtual cPanel license is less than buying a for a private server cPanel license, you you have any link were I can find what you manifested will be great
