Recompile with mod_ruid2 disables ip/~username

    Hello,
    Were running our servers with PHP 5.3.10 with suPHP andSuhosion and suPHP as handler

    http://domainname/~username was possible on all servers.

    We have recompiled yesterday all servers with PHP5.3.13 +eaccelerator and enabled
    Mod_Ruid2 and set as advised by cPanel forum posts DSO as handler

    as a result http://domainname/~username is no longer possible and throws a 403 error
    All checkboxes in the Apache mod_user Tweak are empty so protection disabled.

    Any advise would be very highly appreciated?

    Did you check error log files ? What do they report ?
