    Hello,
Were running our servers with PHP 5.3.10 with suPHP andSuhosion and suPHP as handler

http://domainname/~username was possible on all servers.

We have recompiled yesterday all servers with PHP5.3.13 +eaccelerator and enabled
Mod_Ruid2 and set as advised by cPanel forum posts DSO as handler

as a result http://domainname/~username is no longer possible and throws a 403 error
All checkboxes in the Apache mod_user Tweak are empty so protection disabled.

Any advise would be very highly appreciated?

    Rick~
