Recompiling php5.3 to 5.4 gives me back php5.3

    I was trying to upgrade easyapache to php 5.4.17
    but after successful compilation it shows me php5.3.27
    php -v gives me php5.3.27

    where do i need to look to debug this anomaly ?

    Hi,

    Are you sure you choose the PHP 5.4.17 ? maybe you accidentally miss this. it happen me before few days. and i missed the checked option to 5.4.17. i suggest recompile it. if happen again so drop the ticket for cpanel.

    Please check to ensure you selected PHP 5.4.17 in the EasyApache build profile. If the issue persists, could you let us know if you notice any particular error messages before the build finishes? You can find the full build log in the following directory:
