Recording db transactions for specific user

    Is there any way to record db transactions for a specific user over a period of time and have it outputted to a mysql log?

    Basically trying to track down an exploit in a system that keeps getting attacked. And for the love of me cant figure out how they are doing it.

    Apache logs give me nothing.
