Recover attachment files blocked by MailScanner

    Could I do recover all files blocked in any folder? Thank you.

    Not a very descript question, but let me try. Assuming you have MailScanner installed, do you have MSFE installed as well? If yes:

    WHM > Plugins > Configserver MailScanner FE > Access MailWatch > At top find the Quarantine link. From there you click date. On the next page you can release a blocked email.

    If that's completely useless to you, please try and explain the issue more appropriately.
