My old host is no longer responding via HTTP, so I can't get into Cpanel or Mailman to get my list addresses back. Is there any way to access the mailman list data via the shell or FTP? I can ssh or ftp in, but the server no longer responds to http.

only if you would have root access to the server via ssh and the mailman directory with the site admin scripts

The administrative shell commands are not restricted to root if the user has a normal shell.

    /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/list_members -o outputfilename listname
