We are hosting an account where they will deletes mailboxes for user accounts and on occasion will reissue them. He indicates that when he recreates the mailbox that the new user inherits all the horde preferences and settings from the previous user's mailbox of the same name. Apparently deleting mailbox accounts leaves the Horde preferences in the MySQL tables. In some situations this could be a security issue for the client. Is there a solution to this?
