Hi,

When click to Reset a DNS zone through the WHM control panel for any domain that has a subdomain registered, the panel is creating a separate DNS zone for the subdomain and this makes the subdomain inaccessible.

The subdomain returns only after remove the individual DNS ZONE that was created.

Domain: example.com
Subdomain: suba.example.com
Subdomain: subb.example.com

Code:
[root@br940 ~]# egrep resetzone /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log | egrep example.com

Hi @Luana Premoli

This is a known issue we had a case open for CPANEL-21679 - this was fixed in version 74 of cPanel/WHM. I noticed in your output you're running v70 which is the LTS version and supported but the fix hasn't been applied to that version as of yet though it is planned.

The only solution right now is to update to v74 or wait for the fix to be applied to v70 though I can't tell you specifically when that will be.

Thanks!
