Redirect a Domain to a folder

    Root Administrator
    Solution

    In that case first you need to remove redirect from your cPanel >> Redirects and then login into your server and change the document root for your domain in httpd.conf

    From DocumentRoot /home/username/public_html to DocumentRoot /home/username/public_html/folder

    If you are not having any access to server then contact your hosting provider and ask them to change the above DocumentRoot path for your domain.:)

    thank you for your answer. i need to change the httpd.conf from the domain correct ? and not the other subdomains ? can i still then access folders after the url ? such yourdomain.com/folder redirects to ../public_html/test ?

    Yes..you can still access the folders (sub-domains) after your domain.
