    hi,
Our policy is to give each server 2 names, usually ns1.somedomain.com and ns2.somedomain.com. Today I have suddenly noticed, that if I go to ns2.somedomain.com I am beeing redirected to another domain (that also is on that box). I searched for any redirect settings, even added VirtualHost entry to ns2.somedomain.com, but nothing helps. How is that possible?

    Anton.

    Go on, have a guess
If you're using the IP address for ns2 for hosting domains on too, then you'd need to make sure that that VirtualHost container for ns2 is the first in httpd.conf to use that IP address (and move the NameVirtualHost directive above it too if necessary).
