    Hi everybody,
My problem is that: I have many domains in my hosting. Some of them are PHP, some of them are C# .NET and the owners of the websites I mean my customers have e-mail addresses of course. So I just want to give them a link to access webmails. My originally link is https://mydomain.com:2083/. But it's not memorable as you can see. So I want to give each of them http://(or not http)hisdomain.com/webmail. I accessed to their accounts and try to make it in Redirects tab but it's not successful. Actually I could add a redirection but link is not working. Do I have to do more things to make it success? Thanks.

If the customers domains are pointing to your server, they can use the following link to access their webmail.

    http:// domainname. com/webmail

This will work by default for all accounts. Have you tested this?

    Thanks!

Actually there is a problem like that: The websites or anothers are moved to my server from another one. The projects that moved are made by PHP. And I can access webmail with /webmail link. But the others that I added after moving action are C# .NET. Of course they have a functions in my CPanel. But there is no access with /webmail link for them. Do I have to another process? It's very important for me. And maybe the websites which working with /webmail link, the older owner can made some processes for access /webmail link. So I don't actually steps about he did or not.

Sounds like they do not have their own domain names/accounts, you're hosting them all from yours. Those users should be able to login to: yourdomain.com/webmail using their full email address for the login username.

When I run a website, firstly I define it to hosting server, then set DNS server. And I add an account to my CPanel to manage e-mail accounts. So I have accounts of my projects in my CPanel. Actually I think, I'm missing some points but what?

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what that post means exactly.

Do your users have their own cPanel accounts with their own domain names or no?

My users have their CPanel. Beucase I add account to CPanel for them. The websites can login with their username or email accounts. The ports are different of course for management panel and webmail. My customers are login their panel with I-determined-link:2083 or I-determined-link:2096.
    For example:
I have two customers with company-a and company-b. They can login their panel with I determined link such as my-example-domain:2083. All of two are logging in with this address. But actually they have to log in their panel with this addresses: company-a.com/webmail and company-b/webmail. And I couldn't do that :(

    Infopro,

I believe he is hosting some domains(C# .NET) on some other windows server and mail on his cPanel server. Does that make sense?

    Hi poyrazozer,

Are you sure the domains A record and MX are pointing to your server? Or just they use mail server and website contents in some other server? Or may be the domains are not yet pointed to your server. Simply creating the accounts on your server does not mean that the domains are pointed to your server. Contact the domain owners and ask them to change the name servers for the domain to point to your server.

    Thanks!

I determine a link for my customers. For example panel.poyrazozer.com. All of my customers which hosted in windows server log in with this url. The other PHP projects can login with theirdomain.com/webmail. And for your question Infopro, Yes, they have their own accounts with their own domains.

So the windows server hosted domains are facing the difficulty, rite? To confirm, you need some link like domainname .com/webmail for windows server hosted account, Am I correct?

Their name servers point to my server. There is no problem about it.

Ok. Are they using this cPanel server for hosting websites or just for email? Are you sure their A & MX record is pointing to this cPanel server?

Sorry to say that we are not sure about your current setup. Navigate to the following url.

DNS Lookup tool, Reverse DNS lookup tool - www.DNSWatch.info

Input the domain facing the difficulty in the box just below "DNS Lookup / IP lookup". Make sure that the "Type" is selected as "A". Click Resolve and check if its showing your cPanel server ip.

Now just change the type from "A" to "MX" in the box and click Resolve. You will see a hostname set. Ping that hostname and see if its pointing to your server or not.

    Let us know the results.

    Thanks!

Both of hosting and email. I'm sure A & MX records point to CPanel server. Because if it's not pointing, mails can not use. Now my customers can use their mails with Outlook and webmail panel. But webmail login url is panel.mydomain.com:2096. So here is the problem; panel.mydomain.com:2096 is have to be eachdomain.com/webmail. Meanwhile I set mydomain.com in my DNS server for all my customers.

    Thanks for the clarification.

Whats your current cPanel/WHM version? It seems in latest cPanel/WHM version webmail entries are not getting created by default.

Also please check the zone file at the following location and let us know if there is webmail entry.

    Thanks!

I will answer your questions. Before it I want to ask another question. I try to redirect domain.com/webmail to panel.mydomain.com:2096 but it's not redirecting to this url. Why does it do that?
