Redirected domain showing as main domain in search engines

I tried searching the forum, but not sure which category this would fall into.

I have a website that I developed with multiple domain names redirected to the main domain (www.main-domain.com).

But, in search engines, the domain name that appears in search results is www.one-of-the-redirected-domains.com, not the actual www.main-domain.com.

What could be causing this and how can I fix it?
