redirecting to ssl

    I was wondering if there was away to redirect www.domain.com/cpanel to www.domain.com:2083 when the users login to their control panel it only give you the option to redirect to a http not https.

    You should not use that! Note that that mode will redirect your clients to the same domain name!

    You have another way of doing it!

    In your httpd.conf:

    change

    ScriptAlias /cpanel /usr/local/cpanel/base/redirect.cgi
    ScriptAliasMatch /cpanel/(.*) /usr/local/cpanel/base/redirect.cgi

    to

    ScriptAlias /cpanel /usr/local/cpanel/base/sredirect.cgi
    ScriptAliasMatch /cpanel/(.*) /usr/local/cpanel/base/sredirect.cgi

    That will do it ;)
