Redirection erreur personnalisées via htaccess

Bonjour,

Suite à plusieurs échanges via le support cPanel, ils m'ont dit de venir sur le forum, j'espère être dans la bonne partie du forum.

Voici mon problème :
les redirections personnalisées faites via htaccess ne fonctionne pas :
ErrorDocument 403 403.php
ErrorDocument 404 404.php

ou

ErrorDocument 403 /403.php
ErrorDocument 404 /404.php

ou

ErrorDocument 403 https://www....com/403.php
ErrorDocument 404 https://www....com/404.php

Rien ne fonctionne alors que ça fonctionnais très bien avant je pense qu'une mise à jour de cPanel à changer quelque chose.

Quelqu'un à une idée?
