    ello,

i am new on cpanel server and facing issue of redirection on all cpanel account.

    Here is my issue.

i have setup fresh cpanel server.
and start creating account in that.
    account name : domain name
    uname: user
    passwd: xxxxxx

but the issue is, when i am trying to access any account by url: domainname
it automatically goes to : domain name/user/public_html
    no redirection define in cpanel.

and error is: you do not permission to access / directory.

i am not able to understand why my account is redirection and opening /user/public_html folder.

i have compile php and apache many time but no effect.

    Hello :)

Do you mean the contents from the public_html directory are loaded, or that "public_html" becomes visible in the address bar? Are any custom Mod_Rewrite rules added to your .htaccess file in the account's home directory or in the public_html directory?

    Thank you.

No, there is no htaccess file in new cpanel account, and after hosting account it show "public_html" in address bar. eg.

Do you have a PHP script installed that has an option for the site address? If not, feel free to open a support ticket so we can take a closer look. There's likely a .htaccess rule somewhere that you are unable to find. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.
