regarding rdate in /scripts/upcp

    As I'm running cPanel on a VPS, I get e-mail the rather annoying 'error' "rdate: Operation not permitted: could not set system time: (datetime)" every day. Could there be an option added to cPanel to disable this attempted update? I can comment it out of the Perl source but I suspect it'll get put back in on my next update.

    your going to get the update cp email regaudless whether you take out the rdate unless you remove it from your cron

    error' "rdate: Operation not permitted: it wont hurt anything as the time is all ready set via the hardware node just ignore

    It's still an annoying error.
