I have two servers, but body of Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender is different:

First Server:
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[email protected]
host domain.com [IP address]
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<[email protected]>:

550 No such person at this address.

Second Server:
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[email protected]
No such person at this address.

The body from second server is simple and without IP address, pls compare above underline content. I'd like the body from second server. I forgot how to work out it in WHM, anybody can offer any tips?

Thanks,
Ray

Hey there! I'm not finding a way to customize that message on a test machine. Are both of your systems running the same cPanel & WHM version, along with the same Exim version?

It looks like it may be possible to customize this by manually adjusting Exim, but those types of changes aren't supported. More details on that can be found here:

It might be best to submit a feature request using the link in my signature below to get a tool for this added directly to the product in WHM. Those requests get reviewed by the development team, and other cPanel users are able to vote for the request as well.
