Regarding the mail accounts screen

    In the email accounts screen, there is a list of accounts the first is called "main account"

    This one does not have @domainname.com after it.

    I'm curious is there any thing special about this account , as I have a domain setup with man forwarders going to a main account and they are getting rejected.

    That main account is where all system mail goes. For example you ran a backup, it wil email that "root email" account. Which is then forwarded to your email account of record for the account.
    "Please update your contact information here." link is where the account on record goes.
