Most of the spam I receive now contains 4 or more . and 2 or more ,

I need help writing a regex that stipulates 4 or more . throughout the entire string --- In other words I want to defeat the spam by looking for excessive punctuation.

Then I need a second regex for 2 or more , throughout the entire string

Within cpanel e-mail filter I am able to use the AND operator to add a second condition (IE ,)

    Thank you.

    Could you clarify please?

4 or more consecutive periods and/or 2 or more consecutive commas

    or

4 or more periods and/or 2 or more commas anywhere in the text?

The latter would probably have a very large number of false positives.
