According to WHOIS, it looks like your nameservers are the default parking servers for your registrar (nsa.bookmyname.com, nsb.bookmyname.com).

You will need to change your DNS servers accociated with your domain to those of your actual web server through your registrar. Your registrar, apparently http://www.bookmyname.com from what I see below can provide help in that regard.

    Code:

It's not related to the DNS settings on the server itself... Everything on the server itself if probably fine. It is because the nameservers that are associated with your domain in the internet root servers (the master servers that control top level domain name resolution for the entire internet) are incorrect. Only the company where your domain is registered (called a "registrar", in this case apparently bookmyname.com, which is different company than the company that provides your web hosting) can fix the problem.

Since you did not register the domain yourself, you need to contact your web hosting provider (ACENET?) and ask them to contact the registrar (bookmyname.com) to change the nameservers associated with your domain since they apparently didn't register your domain with the correct information.

Unless the nameservers associated with your domain get changed to those of the web server where the domain is located, you will never be able to access your domain. Since you are apparently a customer of a hosting company and not a cPanel hosting provider yourself, make sure to contact your web host directly for any issues as I'm sure they could have figured out and fixed the problem quickly. If you have and they have not provided any help, you should probably find a new host :)

What is their URL? I am curious as to why recently so many of their users are using this forum as a hosting support forum. Are they a free hosting company or something?
