My phpmyadmin in cpanel/whm got messed up on an update, and all the stylesheets were lost.
I deleted the phpmyadmin folder under 3rdparty, assuming updating cpanel would resintall it, but it didn't .
How do i reinstall phpmyadmin?

You could grab the latest version from phpmyadmin.net and decompress it. Then copy the files into the 3rdparty dir where it should be. Not sure it would work, but you could do a /scripts/upcp --force and see if that will do it for you automagically. :)

Since you deleted the PhpMyAdmin directory, you'll have to do what webtiva said. I don't think /scripts/upcp --force will re-install PhpMyAdmin. You also need to re-configure config.inc.php manually to get PhpMyAdmin up and running. You can download PhpMyAdmin from: http://umn.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/phpmyadmin/phpMyAdmin-2.8.0.3.tar.gz
Hope this helps!
