    Hello everyone,

Was this upgrade propagated into all builds or only the Release tree? Does this mean that upon the next upcp, MySQL will be automatically upgraded (or only added to WHM: Main >> Software >> MySQL Upgrade options)?

In the past few months there have been a lot of discussions surrounding MySQL 5.1.x upgrade:

If the upgrade was automatic (i.e. 5.0 -> 5.1 only), I am curious to see if the process went smoothly before we go ahead on our production servers.

Thank you for sharing your experiences here.

    Sebby

I have not had any of my servers upgraded yet, will this be an auto upate or will it need to be done manually?

It was a typo in the change log entry, nothing more. We don't auto upgrade MySQL to new versions ( e.g. 5.0 -> 5.1 ). The typo is now fixed.
