Remote Account Upgrades or downgrades

Hello,

I am trying to figure out a way to upgrade or downgrade an account using the remote PHP functions.
(IE change what package they are on; change if they want a personal IP address; add/remove front page extensions; etc)

Is this possible?

Can someone provide a sample script displaying how to do this?
