    I'm sure someone can. :)

Lets see if I understand you correctly. You have two cPanel accounts and you're doing a backup from one account to the other. Once it gets there you checked file size and the backup is 0 byte in size.

Is there enough free space on both accounts?
Was there any error message in the email sent by the server to tell you the backup completed?

The transfer is not completing properly. It appears by that log that the backup is generated proper though.

Try connecting via remote to be sure the FTP login settings are correct:
Gene6 FTP Server ™ - Online FTP Test

If yes, be sure where ever that FTP user is logging in, he has permission to write to the directory he's in.

You'll have to sort that out.

There's a connection issue here it looks like to me, as mentioned previously.

You might try placing the backup in root of the account instead of in public_html/

    For example this:
    /home/pkjet/mybackup/

    Instead of this:
    /home/pkjet/public_html/

    If thats what you're doing.

No clue what the problem is, all anyone can do is guess I would think.

Did you try the test I linked you to above?
Gene6 FTP Server ™ - Online FTP Test

Can that user login properly using that test? Please use the FTP test and post back the result.

Might be late but just in case someones reads this. If you have a firewall installed you MUST set the sending IP as allows allowed in the receiving IP firewall settings. At least this has worked for me 100% of the time so far.
