    Hello,
I'm using new backup and it work fine, but files still retain at local folder after remote upload to FTP destination.
I checked out all logs and there no any errors.
    at FTP all files exists.

does anybody know how to fix it?

    Hello :)

Have you verified that legacy backups are not enabled and stored locally? Also, could you attach a screenshot of the "Additional Destinations" section in "WHM Home » Backup » Backup Configuration"?

    Thank you.

Feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.
