    Why not use rsync instead?

Once configured rsync is automatic, only copying new or edited files to the destination server. It is fast and secure, though of course SFTP is also secure. It isn't hard to configure, just a little Greek-ish the first time because it will be something new. Definitely worth looking into!

    Thank you,

I just tried rsync and it works perfectly, but i still need to execute it inside a script (.sh) automatically (through a cron for example), which mean i nedd to store the user password somewhere so that the script could execute itself to the end.

How can i do that ?

    Thanks again

You'd set up keys instead of a password: Public key authentication with SSH
