    Hello,

Could you let us know the output to /var/log/exim_mainlog when sending a test message from the cPanel server to Gmail? Also, could you run the following command via SSH on the cPanel server and let us know the output?

    Code:
    telnet alt4.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com 25
    Thank you.

    Hello,

You can install the "telnet" utility using the "yum install telnet" command.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Do you notice this issue when sending email to any remote mail server, or is it isolated to Google? Generally, this happens when your hosting provider blocks outgoing connections over port 25. I recommend contacting your provider to verify if that's the case on your system.

    Thank you.
