I'm trying to migrate from WHM to another, both from different providers. I used the Remote User Account Transfer because I was getting a lot of warnings with the Transfer tool method.

Here is the error I get through Remote User Account Transfer:

Code:

And here are the warnings I got from transfer tool:

HI @Karen Soto

Do you happen to have root access to the old server? I believe the issue is most likely related to Roundcube for both of the issues. I'd like to see if it's running mysql or sqlite, you can find this out by running the following:
Code:
grep db_dsnw /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/roundcube/config/config.inc.php
If it's running MySQL can you run the following:

Code:
/scripts/convert_roundcube_mysql2sqlite
And then attempt using the transfer tool to transfer once more?

Thanks!
