Hi! During a transfer of an account to another one, I encountered the following error and I don't know how to fix it.

Do you have root access to both the source and destination servers? If so, try using the following option instead:

"WHM >> Transfer Tool"

Or, if you do not have root access to the source server, it's preferable to generate a full account backup via cPanel on the source server and then restore the backup file on the destination server via the "WHM >> Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file" option.
