Hi,
I'm getting this error when using Home > Transfers > Transfer or Restore a cPanel Account:
Account “username”: Error while executing “/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/getremotecpmove”. The “/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/getremotecpmove host1.domain.com username” command (process 15162) reported error number 111 when it ended.: Failed to establish session and parse security token: 599 Internal Exception (Could not connect to 'host1.domain.com:2083': Connection refused ) Failed to establish session and parse security token: 599 Internal Exception (Could not connect to 'host1.domain.com': Connection refused ) at /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/532/lib/perl5/cpanel_lib/cPanel/PublicAPI.pm line 526, <STDIN> line 1.

The story is:
I'm trying to transfer accounts to new hosting
I have root access for my VPS, but don't have one at remote server, only reseller account and user accounts.
I've replaced host name and account name with aliases above. The host and account details are correct and I can login via browser.

  1. Is this the correct way to do this?
  2. is everything transfered, all files, email accounts and whatever with this?

Can you connect from the VPS in command line:
telnet host1.domain.com 2083

Is this the correct way to do this?
I'd probably make full cPanel backups of each account, transfer them to the VPS and restore them.
