    sub domain removal,

    Hi,

I assume this is your own domain?

If you you should be able to remove webmail.domain.com yourself from the subdomain section of cPanel. If you do not have access to this is is very easy for your hosting company to remove it from thier DNS servers.

domian.com/webmail on the other hand is a different story as it is an automatically created virtual directory for want of another term, that is created in all new domains added to the server. However, I do not think it is that difficult to remove them in any case.

I don't think a hosting provider should ever have that attitude with thier clients, perhaps it's time to find a new host.

    Regards,
