How can I remove the cgi scripts permanently?

I can't keep chasing down and deleting/disabling guestbook.cgi script and others when they get flagged as PCI security exposures only to have them restored on the next update.

Hmm, if I understand the question, I think you should be able to go into the Feature Manager, either create a new list or edit the default list and search it for the term cgi and disable the 3 that you find. Next, edit the Package(s) you use and untick the option in Settings section titled CGI Access then save.

Every account using that Feature List and Package would be affected and not touched in any future updates.
