Probablly by unchecking the options from the Feature list at WHM >> Packages >> Feature Manager

I have this problem too. And I did uncheck it from within the features list. I ended up manually removing it from the skins. Anybody have better suggestion?

The scripts are located at location : /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty

You could remove the script using command :

    rm /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/scriptname.tar.gz

Replace scriptname.tar.gz with the name of the script you would like to remove.

    Hope this will help !!
