Remove user options for anonymous ftp

I have disabled anonymous FTP in the server settings. After doing some tests it looks like it is secure. The only problem I have is that when a user logs into to their cpanel they still see the option "Anonymous Setup" under their FTP heading. How can I remove that so users don’t even see it?
